Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff coaching and guest interaction
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and supplier relationships
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Analyze sales data and implement operational improvements
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Restaurant/Bar Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Basic financial literacy for budgeting and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
