Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the restaurant service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage table assignments, seating arrangements, and daily restaurant operations
- Train and develop staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and beverage offerings
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area according to FINNS standards
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation for restaurant supplies
- Assist in implementing new service initiatives and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or captain role in high-end hospitality
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
