- Lead and mentor service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including table management and service flow
- Train staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and SOPs
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service execution
- Monitor inventory and maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to team performance reviews and development plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Restaurant Captain or similar leadership role
- Proven expertise in high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and Asian cuisine
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Relevant hospitality certification preferred
