In this role, you will be the face of our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest receives a welcoming experience from the moment they step into our restaurant until they head out the door.

As a key member of our service team, you will handle financial transactions with precision, manage our point-of-sale (POS) systems, and act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude under pressure, and takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide information regarding menu items and current promotions.
  • Manage cash register balances and ensure precise accounting at the end of each shift.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front counter and service area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards as per company guidelines.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as inventory tracking for service supplies.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a cashier, front-of-house staff, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail regarding cash handling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS software.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-traffic environment.
