- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Manage daily cash handling, reconciliation, and transaction documentation
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and enhance experiences
- Process customer orders efficiently through digital and verbal channels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff for seamless order fulfillment

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience in cashier, food service, or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic mathematical skills
