Your primary responsibilities will include operating the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision, processing a variety of payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets, and maintaining accurate financial records daily. We pride ourselves on our hospitality standards, so you will also be expected to greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure the checkout area is always clean and organized. - Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions while maintaining strict cash drawer balances.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during the checkout process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout counter and POS area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock checks as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic math skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized POS systems.
