As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
In this role, you will manage financial transactions with precision, maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the reception, and assist our service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system (cash, credit card, and digital wallets).
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent front-desk service.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism.
- Manage the cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure efficient order flow.
- Provide menu information and upsell beverage or dessert options when appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Waiter, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong integrity and experience handling cash transactions.
- Proficient in using POS software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during high-pressure or busy service periods.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
