Tanggung Jawab
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests entering the restaurant.
- Manage cash floats and perform end-of-shift reconciliation with high precision.
- Address guest inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and billing.
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the cashier station.
- Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a cashier, retail, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and experience handling cash and digital transactions.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
