Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a professional demeanor throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established standards and recipes.
- Ensure the dining area, tables, and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Cash handling and POS operations, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Assist with table set-up and breakdown during service hours.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Age between 20 and 40 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field is required.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Able to work in the Maldives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Enthusiastic about customer service and hospitality.
