Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining area cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a focus on service recovery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform routine restaurant tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
