Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through order taking, food delivery, and table maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas and kitchen facilities
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and non-Halal food handling guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a non-Halal food service environment
