Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve authentic Japanese shabu-shabu and hotpot dishes to guests
- Operate kitchen stations including broth preparation, ingredient setup, and cooking stations
- Provide friendly, efficient service to customers and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas and dining sections
- Assist in inventory management, ingredient stocking, and restocking tasks
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
- Follow food safety protocols and company standards consistently
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizens or valid work permits
- Minimum SPM/equivalent education level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-halal kitchen environment
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
- Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
