Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through order taking, payment processing, and addressing inquiries
- Prepare and serve food items according to Marrybrown's quality standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas, kitchen, and service stations
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and efficiency targets
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies consistently
- Support training initiatives for new crew members when required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous food service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
