Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, counters, and floors
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the restaurant for daily operations
- Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- No formal education requirement; on-the-job training provided
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
