- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take and accurately process customer orders using the POS system efficiently.
- Prepare and cook food items in the kitchen according to Nando's recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including dining areas and kitchen stations.
- Upsell products and suggest sides to enhance the customer's dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer with accuracy and responsibility.
- Assist in training new team members and participate in daily briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for food and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to attendance.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
