- Greet and serve customers with a warm smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming dining experience.
- Take and accurately process customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare food items according to strict quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during peak hours.
- Handle cash and digital payments with accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
