Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers with their menu choices and inquiries.
- Prepare food and beverages accurately according to brand standards and recipes.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions with integrity.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all company safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
