Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and assist customers with their menu choices and inquiries.
  • Prepare food and beverages accurately according to brand standards and recipes.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions with integrity.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking workstations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and food handling regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
