Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to McDonald's quality standards and recipes
- Provide efficient customer service at counters, drive-thru, and during table service
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols across all workstations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Uphold safety procedures for equipment and food handling
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Previous F&B experience preferred but not required
