Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and restrooms at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Operate restaurant equipment such as the grill, fryer, and Point of Sale (POS) system safely and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes to meet service standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to all financial policies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
- Willingness to undergo mandatory training and adhere to uniform standards.
