Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service while taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Prepare all menu items according to standard operating procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stock inventory and assist in maintaining organized storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service speed targets during peak hours.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well within a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in food service or retail is an added advantage but not required.
- Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene and professional appearance.
