Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks to guests with a focus on speed and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Assist in basic food preparation and plating as required by the kitchen.
- Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
