Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and information about our Yakiniku specialties.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
- Ensure dining tables are properly set and cleared according to restaurant hygiene standards.
- Provide attentive table service, including refilling drinks and clearing used plates.
- Assist in preparing simple side dishes or beverage items as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not required.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a smile.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed at all times.
