- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
