Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
