Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers at the front counter and dining area.
- Prepare high-quality food and beverages according to TCRS standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment of kitchen supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Open to school leavers, fresh graduates, or experienced F&B personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Basic command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Able to stand for long periods and handle physical kitchen duties.
