In this multifaceted role, you will bridge the gap between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and serving food promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms at all times.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and manage cash handling with integrity.
- Assist with simple social media content creation (Reels / TikTok) during slow periods.
- Ensure all safety protocols and food handling regulations are strictly followed.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any immediate concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but enthusiastic beginners are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude toward guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
- Basic English proficiency is preferred for effective communication.
- A passion for food and a desire to learn the culinary arts.
