Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including counter service, order taking, and table assistance
- Prepare and present food items according to brand standards and hygiene protocols
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, kitchen stations, and service counters
- Adhere to strict food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent education level
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
- Positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for customer service
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and inventory
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Valid food handler certification is advantageous
