Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to McDonald's standards and recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service at counters and drive-thru stations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas including kitchen, dining, and restrooms
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous food service experience is an advantage
