- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to strict McDonald's recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the front counter, dining area, and kitchen.
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and POS systems safely and correctly.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure correct change is given.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 10kg.
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus but not required.
