Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout dining areas, kitchen, and service stations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth order fulfillment and food quality checks
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment of supplies
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food service operations and POS systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Team player with willingness to assist colleagues across departments
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous
