Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to our standard recipes and presentation.
- Ensure the dining area and kitchen workspace are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic high school education or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
