- Prepare and serve high-quality food items following Wingstop's recipes and safety standards
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during order-taking and food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capability
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
