- Take orders accurately and handle POS transactions efficiently.
- Prepare high-quality food according to Wingstop's specific recipes and standards.
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Ensure the dining area and kitchen are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service speed and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Highly energetic, reliable, and possess a strong customer-service mindset.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Willing to be stationed at Wingstop Balikpapan area.
