Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and serve customers with friendly, efficient service while taking accurate orders
- Prepare and present food items according to Marrybrown's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment
- Process payments POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
