Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver attentive table service including order taking, food/beverage presentation, and payment processing
- Prepare and plate culinary dishes following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen/dining areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Support menu knowledge training for new team members
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
