Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including order taking, food delivery, and complaint resolution
- Prepare and present food items according to Marrybrown's standardized recipes and quality guidelines
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in food preparation, service areas, and equipment operation
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance procedures
- Uphold brand standards through consistent presentation of food, uniforms, and promotional materials
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and HACCP protocols established by the company
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous tasks
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure during high-volume periods
- Willingness to complete mandatory food safety and hygiene training
- No prior experience required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
