Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and assisting with menu recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and sides according to US Pizza brand standards and recipes.
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash and digital transactions professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
