Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food items according to Marrybrown's quality standards and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service through order-taking, payment processing, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation areas, dining spaces, and restrooms
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Stock and organize inventory, including checking expiration dates and rotating stock
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
