Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Marrybrown's quality standards and recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe dining environment
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
