Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all restaurant infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Train staff on basic equipment operation and safety protocols
- Manage the engineering department budget and expenses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Certification in relevant engineering disciplines preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
