In this role, you will be the heart of our dining room, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that every guest receives a top-tier service experience. Our restaurant features a unique, character-themed atmosphere that requires a supervisor who can maintain high operational standards while fostering a fun, welcoming, and vibrant environment. You will lead, motivate, and mentor your service team to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and seamless workflow during peak hours.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and mentor floor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Maintain the restaurant’s thematic atmosphere, ensuring all visual and service standards meet company guidelines.
- Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and assist in inventory management.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards across the dining floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic restaurant operational reporting.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with a themed-restaurant environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
