Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant floor management
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume dining environments
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
