- Drive sales achievement through targeted local marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service and operational standards
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Analyze sales data and adjust operational strategies to maximize profitability
- Foster positive relationships with customers, staff, and local community stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership abilities with team development and coaching expertise
- Proficiency in local store marketing program execution
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management and cost control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid food handler certification and familiarity with Philippine health regulations
