- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring prompt seating
- Manage reservation system and waitlists efficiently during peak hours
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure seamless table turnover
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance and waiting areas
- Handle guest inquiries about menu, specials, and restaurant policies
- Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for optimal operations
- Support training of new front-of-house staff on service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in restaurant hosting or customer service role preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
