Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the restaurant reservation system to ensure optimal seating flow and accurate guest tracking.
- Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries, restaurant bookings, and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with the floor team to maintain service standards and manage peak-hour dining volumes.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure all guest needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
- Manage guest feedback and escalate concerns to the restaurant management team when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, promotions, and hotel facilities to assist guests effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Host, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Officer in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Impeccable grooming standards consistent with a 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant booking software (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, or Resy).
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
