Welcome to Khao Trad Hospitality! We are currently seeking a vibrant, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Hostess to join our team at Thai Pantry, our premier dining establishment located in the breathtaking Nusa Lembongan, Bali.
Thai Pantry is a bustling 60-seat restaurant renowned for offering an authentic culinary experience paired with the best location on the island. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. You will manage the flow of the restaurant, greet guests with a warm smile, and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at Thai Pantry with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage the reservation system and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list during peak dining hours.
- Escort guests to their tables, present the menu, and highlight any daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls, address customer inquiries, and take reservations with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth and seamless restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized hostess station and front-of-house area.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing and approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are a strong plus due to our international clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nusa Lembongan, Bali.
