Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor with daily preparation and service.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Portion and present food items neatly and attractively on customer plates.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock shortages.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
