Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate front-of-house or back-of-house staff to maintain high service and culinary standards.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow during peak and off-peak hours.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and wastage to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
- Train and mentor new staff members on company policies, service procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets and implement operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs, sales reports, and stock inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or kitchen supervision/management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Solid understanding of F&B operational workflows, food costing, and labor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep passion for customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant educational background in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
