Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, and plumbing infrastructure
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical equipment to prevent operational disruptions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to address equipment malfunctions promptly
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment servicing and major repairs
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality or F&B industry
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and basic plumbing principles
- Valid electrical safety certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
