Join our team as a Restaurant Maintenance Staff at Bobobox Mitra Indonesia and play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly. In this position, you will be responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of all kitchen equipment, mechanical systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning units, and backup generators. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional dining experiences to our customers by preventing unexpected equipment failures and maintaining optimal operating conditions. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background who can work independently and as part of our team. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and other cooking appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in the restaurant facility
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
- Service and maintain backup generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply during outages
- Keep detailed maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment status and repairs
- Order necessary replacement parts and supplies for maintenance operations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality equipment maintenance
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Certification in HVAC systems is preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (if required for equipment transport)
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces
